4 apples
225 g flour
100 g walnuts
125 g sugar
4 eggs
160 g butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 ml milk
130 g dark couverture chocolate

break the walnuts into small pieces. roast the walnuts without extra fat in a pan.
cut the apples into small pieces 10x10x15 mm.
mix everything besides the apples and the couverture chocolate.
put the apples into the cake pan.
pour the dough over it.
bake 50minutes @ 170C.
overturn it and let it cool down a bit.
add the chokolate couverture.
